This RMA Policy governs returns and warranty claims for products supplied by Macrodata Technology Enterprises.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if defective upon delivery, incorrect item supplied, or covered under manufacturer warranty.

2. RMA Request Process

To initiate an RMA:
